Highway DashPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Future Apps Studio ("we", "us") handles information in the Highway Dash: Endless Racer game (the "App") for Android and iOS (app ID com.applauders.highwaydash). By using the App you agree to this policy.
Summary
- The game runs entirely on your device and works offline.
- No account, sign-up or personal details are needed to play.
- We have no servers, and we do not collect, store or sell your personal information.
- The App shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device and usage data to deliver and measure ads, as described below.
1. Game data on your device
Your best score, total coins, unlocked cars and ad-unlock progress, selected car and colors, and settings (controls, sound, music, vibration and speed units) are saved locally on your device. None of this is uploaded or sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the App.
2. Permissions
- Internet and network state — used only to load ads. The game itself works offline.
- Vibration (Android) — used for haptic feedback in the game. You can turn it off in the App's Settings.
- Motion sensor — used only when you choose tilt steering, to read how your phone is tilted. This data is used in real time on your device and is never stored or sent anywhere.
The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files or location. On iOS, the App does not track you: it never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).
3. Third-party services
The App uses the following third-party service, which may collect information according to its own privacy policy. The App does not include any analytics or crash-reporting service and has no in-app purchases.
Google AdMob (advertising)
AdMob shows a banner on the home screen, a native ad and occasional full-screen ads between runs, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch (to unlock cars, revive after a crash or double your coins). Ads are never shown while you are driving. To deliver, personalize (where permitted) and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect:
- On Android, the Android Advertising ID. On iOS, the App does not provide the IDFA to AdMob.
- IP address and coarse location derived from it
- Device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version)
- Ad interactions (ads shown, taps) and diagnostic data such as crash and performance data of the ads SDK

Consent (UK, EEA, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws)
Where required by law, the App asks for your consent using Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are personalized. You can change your choice at any time in the App under Settings → Privacy options.
4. How information is used
Information collected by AdMob is used to show and measure ads, keep the App free, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention
We do not keep any of your data on servers. Data stored on your device stays there until you uninstall the App. Data collected by AdMob is kept according to Google's policies.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to its processing. Because we do not hold personal information ourselves, most requests are best handled through the choices above or directly with Google. You can also contact us and we will help.
9. Security
Your game data stays in your device's storage and is protected by Android or iOS. Ad data is transmitted by Google over encrypted connections.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
