Privacy Policy

StitchCut – Video Merger · Effective September 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Future Apps Studio ("we", "us") handles information in the StitchCut – Video Merger app (the "App") for iPhone, iPad and Android. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Summary

1. Your media and projects

The videos, photos and audio files you choose are processed only on your device. On iPhone and iPad, copies of the items you pick are kept inside the App's private storage so your drafts keep working. On Android, the App keeps access to the items you picked for the same reason.

Your projects (clip order, trims, text, filters and other edits) and your settings, such as the default export resolution, are saved locally on your device. Finished videos are saved to your device's photo gallery. None of this is uploaded or sent to us, and the App's stored data is deleted when you uninstall the App. Videos you have already exported stay in your gallery until you delete them.

2. Permissions

The App does not use your camera, microphone, contacts or location.

3. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information according to their own privacy policies. The App does not include any analytics or crash-reporting service.

Google AdMob (advertising)

AdMob shows banner, full-screen and optional rewarded ads (for example, to remove the watermark). To deliver, personalize (where permitted) and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect:

AdMob does not receive your videos, photos, music or projects. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Google User Messaging Platform (consent)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, or in a US state with applicable privacy laws, the App uses Google's consent form to ask how your data may be used for ads. Your choice is stored on your device and shared with Google's ad services. On iPhone and iPad, this form also leads to Apple's tracking permission prompt.

4. How information is used

Information collected by the services above is used to show and measure ads, keep the App free, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell personal information.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to its processing. Because we do not hold personal information ourselves, most requests are best handled through the choices above or directly with Google. You can also contact us and we will help.
